Long before Apollo Builders was established, there was a seventeen-year-old young man with a vision. Armed with determination, ambition, and an unwavering belief in the value of land, Shrikanth Bhat took his first step into the world of real estate with a small parcel of land.   

There were no large investments, no family business to inherit, and no shortcuts to success — only the courage to dream bigger than his circumstances. What began as a modest venture would eventually grow into a lifelong pursuit.
